Acanthus - Agapanthus

Acanthus make beautiful specimens for the back of the border with tall towers of pretty flowers spikes.

Yarrows like dry poor soil and will reward you with masses of beautiful flowers right through summer.

Aconitums love moist, well drained sunny positions. Unfortunately the roots are highly toxic but are made up with beautiful flowers.

Agapanthus the gardners favourite. Huge rounded flowers that perform best in confined spaces. Much hardier than you think simply mulch over in Winter.
